From client sketch to on-site installation, each piece undergoes a cycle of careful engineering, raw metal fabrication, wood joint detailing, and custom fitting.
We work from simple customer sketches, dimensions, or text briefs to design custom items built precisely to spec.
Heavy steel frames are cut, aligned, and welded. Here, custom motorcycle sprockets and chains are welded inside a console frame.
Every seam, angle, and joint is precision-welded and ground flush, ensuring square alignment and structural integrity before timber integration.
Fitting out specialized parts. Custom gear racks use brake-discs as structural brackets and spark-plugs as hangers.
Mounting and adjusting the finished pieces on-site, integrating custom frames around existing plumbing or fittings.
